A one-day action planning and communication workshop for nurse leaders

This workshop will enable delegates to:
- Understand the key role that the Nurse Leader plays in the effective implementation of national strategies
- Discuss the importance of the Nurse Leader role, accountabilities and responsibilities
- Explore new ideas
- Formulate a structured goal-focused action plan for implementation post workshop

A one-day introduction to change management workshop for nurse leaders

This workshop will enable delegates to:
- Understand the key role that the Nurse Leader plays in influencing and implementing change within the healthcare organisation
- Discuss change issues and find out how to influence key stakeholders
- Produce a change implementation plan with milestones and action points
